Pros
Was my store and its staff... which since the essilor merger and lab layoffs have all moved on including myself. I would have to say scheduling is the only plus.. only retail gig that is done at 4:30 on a Saturday.
Cons
Upper management are complete morons!! They are going through downsizing their business footprint. A lot of people lost their jobs. Good people. Not sure this is the company I would want too work for!! The new CEO wants to turn a profit quickly, so don't be surprised if more layoffs are in the future..
