      Good benefits. Helping customers and educating them.

      Cons

      Constant change, terrible training, regional manager is very negative and makes you feel worthless daily. I have never felt so under appreciated.

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
