Pros
Steady business and experience in retail on many levels. Overall strong company that isn't going anywhere. Tools available to learn and grow if you are proactive
Cons
There are times where you are required to do more work than is realistically possible. At some point you have to under perform, work off the clock, or cut a task. It really depends how busy you're particular store is. Usually not enough labor to cover everything, but this is common in most retail.
