Annual free glasses/sunglasses, quarterly 50% at sister stores (Sunglass Hut, etc.), commission on top of base pay.
Cons
Extremely sales driven, used a device to count customers in order to calculate the conversion. Put more stipulations on the commission so it's harder for employees to get. Too many items to upsell to customers.
