      Free glass wear, nothing else really.

      Cons

      Micromanage management, stressful, not enough hours, lack of communication between coworker and manager, no growth, nitpicking, and will try to change your personality.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
