Good benefits and if you are full time they pay for your education.
Cons
Cons would be being micromanaged and having to take constant conference calls about nonsense. And then constantly watching regionals hire outside candidates for managerial positions with no optical experience or knowledge. The company pays you almost nothing in commission.
