      It is a good company to work for but no room for advancement and the pay is about average to low.

      This is a good entry level type of place to work or when you are in college but there is little room for advancement.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
