Low morale, low salary, they break alot of labor laws and no one does anything about it. When you contact HR about it, they look the other way. They keep GM's who should be fired just to keep their "diversity quota". They set people up to be fired. The new management has no Optical experience at all..none....and they care more about selling things customers don't need, just to make their sales goals. You are hired, and then they cut hours.
