Cons
This company can't see what's happening in the real world!!!! Lots of attention is focused on the latest and greatest "culture shift". What actually needs to shift is the focus to bringing customers into the stores. Focus on having quality products and giving quality customer care. Don't focus solely on sales. Focus on being competitive with both pricing and with products. Carry products that customers are looking for, not just what Luxottica manufactures. Hard working experienced employees are slowly but surely being pushed out the door because of frustration caused by lack of pay and lack of hours. What's left behind are inexperienced and sometimes ignorant sales people who don't know a thing about quality eye care or eyewear!!!! Lenscrafters is no longer the best place to work!!!!
