The pay pretty much stinks, half of the 15 or so employees at my store are managers (how is that even possible?) training is mentally demanding and you'll be on your feet all day. My mom taught me if I can't say something nice about someone, then don't say anything at all. That being said, I will not talk about the lab associates... The only reason I would recommend this employer to a friend is who knows what somebody's calling is until you tried it.
