Ok Health benefits, not great. Could be less expensive. Free exam which also includes free retinal scanning. Also a free pair of glasses every year. A few times a year 75 percent discount for friends and family.
Cons
Too much emphasis on numbers and not enough on patient care. The computer system called Ciao constantly glitches. They had this system from 2016 and they still have not fixed many of the bugs. Addressing the issue with the help desk does NOT lead anywhere. Also the computers they use are way older and the software they use is new. As a result the computer works very slowly at times. Seems that the time gets wasted on just computer issues a lot. Sometimes out of the blue the computer will drop what you are doing and just say error. This frequently happens after eyemed insurance authorisation for glasses or contacts is done and then before you are about to go to the register mode it says error. It eats up authorisation and the authorisation has to be voided.
