The discount on glasses and of course the free pair.

Cons

Horrible working conditions at times. Some days the sales goals are completely unattainable. They do not pay nearly as much as you are worth. Unpredictable work schedule and hours.

Cons

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
