LC is a strong co many to work for; also have tom opportunity to transfer fairly easily. schedule problems are a constant problem as it it in any retail business . that being said have to opportunity to work weekends really will open up your chances to get hours. every store is slightly different , so if you dont like the way things are going/run at your store you can transfer to another store. the more flexible you are with your skills and work availability the better you will do. pay is good especially if you are licensed and have your abo.
