      The rest of my experience there. Horrible, pathetic upper management. They treat their employees like dirt and still expect them to perform at top levels.

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
