Pros
good place to work over all but you have oppertunity to progress through your journey of optical empoyment, you can enter with minimun or no experience in the field and will be trained for the job
Cons
as it is a good place to work, i find it is more of a company you use to get the experience you need to get into another company that actually pays you what you deserve
