I wouldn't recommend Lenscrafters if you are looking for job security - Apprentice Optician/Lab Tech LensCrafters Employee Review

I went from full time to part time because there was not enough hours. No matter how much you sell its never enough. I was out on disability and when I came back I had restrictions on the number of hours I could work and was told the schedule is up if we alter it you lose more hours. The company no longer cares about their employees they just want sales and they don't care how they get them.
