Pros
The pay was better than regular retail jobs. The job itselft was more interesting too. The hours were flexible and the job was fairly stress free.
Cons
There was very little opportunity for advancement. However, this is often the problem with retail jobs. I wished that the store managers were more professional and educated. The management turnover was high and that was often frustrating to the associates on the floor.
