      Excellent communication and motivation from Home Office Really cares about their customers and gives management leeway to make the decisions to keep customers happy!

      Excellent training - could use a few more hours for continued training with new associates.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
