Pros
Being part-time it was easy to pick up weekend and evening shifts to make extra money, my co-workers were great, and short interactions with customers made for a pleasing customer service job.
Cons
Changes in management caused a break down in communication from manger to employees, corporate had unrealistic ideas of satisfaction when they offered the "free replacement glasses if you don't love them" and the sales staff was penalized when this highly advertised service was used.
