Toxic upper management that only cares about results. You can work hard all year, achieving all of your results. But as soon as you have a bad week or month. They are belittling you in emails with all of your peers to see. There is not enough doctor coverage for most stores. So if you’re store does not have a doctor scheduled, it becomes impossible to make you’re sales plan for the day. But then upper management puts the blame on the manager of the store and their team for not making numbers. Most of the time, there is not enough payroll to run the store efficiently either. And everyone on the team is stretched so thin.
