Pros
Great benefits with a 401k match and a good amount of PTO. Great career advancement opportunities. Decent pay.
Cons
Corporate only sees you as a number, they closed almost all of their in store labs this year which really affects a huge portion of their clientele as not everyone can wait for an order. The other downside with them only seeing us as a number is they don’t compensate their workers a fair wage for their sales. They inflate the goals so they seem unrealistic and then when you do achieve their goal, you get $3 for each pair that you sell while having thousands of dollars in sales.
