Pros
The store design make selling glasses efficient and easy with accufit. Fast paced enviroment and lots to learn!
Cons
The corporate stress takes a toll on most managers and trickles down to the rest of employees most of the time. Was not told about all opportunities like optician apprentice. When trying to grow within the company it was clearly about who you know and not what you know or your skills.
