      Tuition and License Reimbursement PTO is pretty good after some time with the company Flexible days off There pay is good coming into the company, if you negotiate, but after that you are screwed.

      Cons

      Company does not promote within Bad management will make it look like this company is horrible Too much sales oriented Working hours are unreasonable, no work life balance Goals are totally out of proportion 40 is absolutely never guaranteed, even as a licensed optician Commission is absolutely horrible

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
