Pros
The O.D.'s that you will work with are simply the best! The Lens Crafters employees that you will work with are the nicest and the coolest people you'll ever have the pleasure of working with! The workload is fair and stress-free, every task given is done then and there and you leave the day knowing you completed all your tasks completely and correctly
Cons
Only one downside that I'll mention is that since the O.D. office is located at a Lens Crafters the high-ups tend to apply pressure on you even though you technically don't work with them, just partnering in this case. The actual LC employees and manager as I said are fine people, but I feel that the LC higher up management could do a better job at driving patients and clients to this particular LC. Other then that the management at both Rad Optometry and LC are perfect!
