In a small, stand-alone store, the Store Manager holds a relatively unchecked dictatorship with the expectation that every employee function in the same way the Manager did when they were learning. There is zero flexibility nor understanding for diverse learning processes or time frames. Learning is completed through video lessons with the expectation that after being told how to do something once, you need to get it perfect every time after or else you're costing the company money.
