Pros
Very social job so relationship with coworkers will usually weigh heavy in your experience. Not incredibly physically demanding work. Lots of access to learning resources and helpful support network. Decent pay. Comfortable hours of operation.
Cons
Like I mentioned, your team will be a major part of your experience though I've majorly had positive experiences with mine. Not the most impressive insurance options. There's a lot of information you gotta learn upfront. Quickly learning and asking questions as you go is really critical to avoid feeling overwhelmed later in the role.
