Support in receiving training, especially in becoming a licensed optician

Cons

It started off great, but then they started cutting back on hours and stretched the employees too thin. Difficult to provide quality service with too few staff.

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
