Wish I stayed on, but got swayed by another opportunity. Overall Lenscafters has a comprehensive training track for employees with the added benefit of upward mobility. The skies the limit bc there’s always a demand for glasses and people who understand how to sell, make, and fix them

Starting in the retail world is hard but it helps you learn how to perform a service with a smile because on a corporate level dealing with the quotas of upwards of a million dollar a month can be hard and every pair of glasses count
