The company tried to save money by cutting what they can where. The stores are always understaffed. This makes it a very stressful place to work. You have to be a mutlitasker All management is only concerned about how they will get their next position. A lot of back stabbing. They don't really train you in everything. This way you can never do it better than them. With this cut-throat atmosphere, things will get worse. And the commission plan sucks, might as well be none.
