      I in particular usually had great co-workers Working in the lab was a great time, listened to my own music No one was really micro managing - MOST the time

      Annoying goals Hours being cut for sales staff No real upward movement

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
