      Had a speaker to play music at front desk

      Cons

      Was not given short term disability so I could go on maternity leave Would get called into work even though I wasn't on call because another employee called out Was not allowed to get OT even though they'd call me in on days off

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
