Excellent benefits, great pay, ease of advancement

Cons

Expected to be on call at all times. Out sick on call. Day off on call. And dishonest corporate heads hid and withheld the truth about future plans of company.

Cons

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
