If not, they dont care about you. - They will churn out entry level/low level employees regardless of experience while promoting/giving huge bonuses to team "favorities" regardless of performance. - They flaunt their yearly earnings, throw huge events for senior management but when it comes to providing team members with decent raises, "its not in the budget." - They are dangerously arrogant in terms of the way senior management acts around other employees and the political games they play. - If you do the absolute bare minimum you can get a director position as long as you dont leave. - When they lay you off, they treat you like you never mattered to them or ever even worked there.
