There were no pros-this place was a mismanaged, disorganized zoo.
Cons
When you go in for orientation, you get all this information about how it is a family run business and how much they care about their employees. This is totally false-they could care less. They hire in college students as management who have no people or management skills. There is extreme favoritism, seniority is a complete joke. They assign suites to the newbies that they know tip well and screw their senior people. Yearly evaluations are thrown at you with "here" sign this and get your shift moving. There is a big push to sell alcohol at outrageous prices but they shove the alcohol training down your throat. If there was a sniper or terrorist in the stadium, you would never know what to do, because they don't even address that with their workers. Worked there for 5 years and the stress level was so incredible, I couldn't take it anymore.
