You have to request shifts by constantly calling/texting the mgr and there's no guarantee you will get it. Shifts are prioritizes to those the managers favorite or are related to. Or if you are in a relationship with HR. Tips were once your own and then they started pooling. However, even the pooled tips are manipulated based on hours for the day and who is favorited by management or whines the most. Pooled means, whatever management chooses to do that day. Basically this is a do as I say not as I do company.
