      Pros

      Decent pay for the type of work. Lots of hours available. Progression opportunities available, but only to those who brown nose.

      Cons

      No proper training. Management are bullies and will speak down to other staff members. Will change rota with no notice when you have been on holiday.

      Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
