Alright, Prepare to Work Late Hours - Buyer Lidl Employee Review

Expect to work a ton, and longer hours. While I was there it seemed like the company was in this vicious downward spiral where people would leave, their work was allocated to people remaining putting more pressure on them, the pressure was too much so they left, which then put more pressure on remaining people, etc. Directors of buying were having to buy categories simply because the turnover was so high. In speaking with people still at the company the pressure has only gotten worse and not better.
