      decent hourly pay at over 12 euro

      Cons

      -High pick rate -Low empathy -if you work less than 30 hours, they will pay you for 30 and then you will have to owe them it back at a later time. -If work is finished early then you will be sent home

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
