Pros

free gym membership and pool use in summer

Cons

You have to work every weekend and holiday, with only getting paid extra on Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving. All the members are entitled and stuck up and leave messes for you to clean up endlessly. Can hardly ever get a parking spot unless you work late at night. The turnover rate is insane. Just 10 people quit in my last month. They expect you to bend over backwards for borderline minimum wage and treat their employees with disrespect unless you are a Personal Trainer, then you can sit on your phone or workout for hours if not with a client or teaching a class but God forbid they ask them to help pickup weights discarded by members. I will never understand how people pay $400+ just to rot away here day in and out.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
