      Highly positive, flexiblity, fitness education and knowledge.

      Cons

      None at this time - however I would like to see management allowing for employee's to be paid additional to wear several hats in the same shift.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
