Pros

Incredible easy to get into, There really isn't much to be excited about here. Some customers are lovely, but most treat you how a roman noble treated their slaves. If you are 420 friendly most of your coworkers are too.If you are in the kids dept. The laughter and smiles of the children will see you through but if you are anywhere else good luck.

Cons

Biased, inept and corrupt managers. In you dont fit into a clique, you will have trouble. You are just a employee number to management, Do not let them tell you any different. Despite being a good employee they will fire you for the pettiest of reasons. They will pay you the bare minimum. Even in the guest/customer is proven wrong you are somehow to blame. Understand that no matter how much a manager tell you how much of a "good job" you are doing and how essential you are, your manager will chuck you like rubbish at the first opportunity that benefits them. To be 100% honest. Don't work here. Don't bring your friends here. Go to a gym that treats their employees with respect. RUN.QUICKLY.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
