Pros

It is a state of the art fitness center that is beautiful. I loved the people I worked with and the members became like family. Your membership is free.

Cons

The expectations (Culture) is to work, work, work. My job called for 55 hours weekly. I put in upwards of 72 hours the last week of the month. It is hard to work here and have integrity. There was so much acceptable behavior that was overlooked to bring in revenue and then these are the people that would get promoted. They call them selves the healthy way of life company, a family club. They in no way promote these things with their employees. They try to make it "look" like they do, but they do not care.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
