      Beautiful workout facilities, swim club, running club, gardening club, great people to work with & a fun product line

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly via acquisition, if your potential position will be involved in bringing the new companies on board, you might find yourself unable to enjoy some of the perks of the company and possible spread too thin.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
