Pros

The facilities are amazing; the cafe has great food, spa is fantastic and most of the people who work here are outstanding.

Cons

LifeTime is a terrible place to work. I didn’t believe the reviews and took a job here thinking I could help change the culture. Sorry to say it’s not possible unless they clean house in the c-suite. They will tell you they care about you and that they want you to take “healthy living time” and get your own workout in, but most employees are so overworked and burned out they never do. Most people who work there are unhealthy, stressed out and unhappy. The disconnect between corporate and the gyms is awful. The decision makers in this company are clueless to just how negative the environment is in most of the gyms. Many good people have been beaten down into just not giving a crap anymore. Also, the way the 60 day challenge is run and what’s expected of the training Staff for this event is a joke. The person who came up with this concept and the goal numbers set should be fired.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
