      Great atmosphere for thick skinned workaholics who can read through corporate lies and self serving tactics Interactions with members Free membership

      Cons

      Comp plan changes every year to save money on the bottom line Asked to work 6-7 days/week and 9+ hours/day Zero care about the well being of team members No coaching when needed No accountability for mid level executives actions and poor decisions Unrealistic overall business plan given to investors makes goals impossible for club level team members

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
