      Pros

      My co-workers were a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Too many to list. But compensation is the worst. Zero perks. Management extremely unprofessional. I’ve worked in gyms for years! If you don’t take care of your employees, your employees won’t take care or have pride in what they do.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
