      Free workout facilities for employees and discounts on products. Hours are always available since they are 24/hr

      Cons

      The non-stop lying to employees and negative environment to work in. The internal politics is appauling for a company within this kind of market and the upper management is corrupt.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
