Pros

Free gym membership, great people to work with, the members.

Cons

The members, not everyone is so great to work with...and absolutely no work like balance. This company wants you to live a health lifestyle but affords little time for DH's to do so when required to work 55-60 hour weeks with 15 hour days on closeout. Incentive is your pay but there is little to no verbal appreciation when goals are met. Email is impossible to keep up with which creates an unfavorable member experience. There are NO holidays off and anniversaries just come and go like any other day.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
