Pros

Higher commission when your sales are higher, higher services rates with experience and time plus client retention Love the free membership!

Cons

Commission rate based on services done in the pay period so it varies per pay period. Also dependent on retail sales. No retail sales (or less than $3 per client) lowers your service Commission rate. The bottom commission is 46% which is still.higher than some places. But your sales are based on your individual rate, it's harder to hit those higher commissions when you are newer and your service prices are lower ($80 per massage vs. $100). They don't do any advertising outside of the club, which would really help.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
