Pros

- Members- I met some great people - Membership- you get a free membership - Room for growth within club operations- I was promoted within 6 months - Great work environment - Ability to learn- I was 16 when I hired in as a member services team member and became a supervisor responsible for a shift of 3 to 5 team members within 6 months. Great leadership and customer service experience while working for a progressive and leading fitness company

Cons

- Scheduling- 24 hour operation - Poor customer service policies that must be followed - Pay- Starting pay for front line employees is very low

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
